Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH A TURBOCHARGER .
Hose Clamp
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .
Air Guide Hose
- To charge air cooler
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
Hose Clamp
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Right Air Guide Pipe

Air Guide Hose
- To turbocharger
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing

Air Guide Hose
- To the intake manifold
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing

- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .

Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- / Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- / Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
