Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Release the cover plate -1- for the Camera Control Module -J852- from the retaining plate in direction of -arrows A- with the :3370 -2- alternating from the right and the left and remove downward in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Free up the wire if needed.

-- Push the locking latches -2 and 4- upward.

NOTE:

Carefully push the locking latches upward only until the Camera Control Module -J852- can be guided past.

-- Remove Camera Control Module -J852- -1- to the rear, parallel to the retaining plate -5-, in direction of -arrow 3- from the mounts -arrows- from the retaining plate -5-.

-- Remove the connectors -2- and -3- in direction of -arrows- and remove Camera Control Module -J852- -1-.

-- Press the clamps in direction of -arrows- together and remove the lens forward from the bracket.
