Tunnel CROSSMEMBER, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear noise insulation -2-. Refer to NOISE INSULATION .

-- Mount the :T10337 on the :VAS6931 and attach it under the transmission.

-- Raise the transmission slightly.

The :VAS6931 may only be used during assembly and must not sit unsupervised under the vehicle.

-- Vehicles with 2.0L TFSI engine: Remove the bolts from the front muffler -arrows-.
