Torque Converter Seal, Removing And Installing

Procedure

-- Remove the torque converter, refer to TORQUE CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Pry out the torque converter shaft seal with the Pulling Hook T20143/2

-- Coat outer circumference and sealing lips of sealing ring with ATF.

Installation position: the open side of the seal faces the transmission.

-- Install the torque converter shaft seal with Seal Installer - Input Shaft T40240 until the Thrust Piece -1- stops.
