1 - Front coolant line

Removing and installing → Front coolant line, removing and installing

2 - 8 Nm plus an additional 90 ° ( ¹ /₄ turn)

Replace

3 - Gasket

Replace

4 - Right coolant line

Removing and installing → Right coolant pipe, removing and installing

5 - 9 Nm

6 - Coolant hose

7 - O-ring

Replace

8 - 9 Nm

9 - O-ring

Replace

10 - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor G62

11 - Retaining clip

12 - Coolant hose

To Intake manifold

13 - Rear coolant pipe

Removing and installing → Rear coolant line, removing and installing

14 - 9 Nm

15 - O-ring

Replace

16 - Coolant hose

17 - 9 Nm

18 - Coolant hose

To left auxiliary cooler

19 - Left coolant line

Removing and installing → Left coolant pipe, removing and installing

20 - Coolant hose

To coolant regulator housing

21 - O-ring

Replace

22 - 8 Nm plus an additional 90 ° ( ¹ /₄ turn)

Replace

23 - O-ring

Replace

24 - Drain plug, 10 Nm
