Oil cooler at engine, removing and installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Removing

Installing 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

NOTE:
  • Replace O-rings.
  • Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type .

Torque specifications 

Component Nm
Engine oil cooler to cylinder block 9
Generator bracket to engine 22
Torque support bracket to Long member M8 30
  M10 50 + 90 ° 1)2)
  Torque support bearing 40
  • 1) Replace bolt.
  • 2) 90 ° corresponds to a quarter turn.
