Clutch Release Lever With Release Bearing And Guide Sleeve: Installing

-- Clean the guide sleeve -6- and install together with the locking plate -5-.

-- Clean the bolt threads -4- with a wire brush. Use locking fluid AMV 185 101 A1 to install the bolts. Tightening specification CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM OVERVIEW .

CAUTION:

Rattling noises when using the clutch

Lubricate the bearing areas on the clutch release lever with adhesive lubricating paste G 000 150; refer to CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM OVERVIEW .

-- Engage the release bearing -2- and the spring -3- into the clutch release lever -1- and install them both.
