Windshield Spray Nozzles, Adjusting

Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Commercially available socket wrench (for example Socket Wrench T10127) or suitable needle
CAUTION:
Danger of personal injury when using socket wrench needle.
-- Use a socket wrench to align the adjusted nozzle tips according to the guidelines. Refer to SPRAY NOZZLES, ADJUSTING .
-- If the spray pattern still does not meet these guidelines: Clean the spray nozzles.
Cleaning the nozzle:
-- Remove nozzle, refer to SPRAY NOZZLES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Flush nozzle opposite to spray direction using clear water.
-- To remove remaining impurities, the nozzle must only be blown out opposite to spray direction using compressed air.
-- If the spray field still does not match the specifications, replace the spray nozzle.
