4-Cylinder 2.0L TFSI Gasoline Engine, Version 1: Installing

-- Use the Spark Plug Removal Tool VAS 3122B to tighten the new ignition coils to specification.

-- Align all the ignition coils in sequence and insert them loosely into the spark plug shaft.

-- Press the ignition coils evenly onto the spark plugs by hand. Do not use any tools.

-- At the same time, push the plug -arrows- toward the ignition coil until it engages in the locking mechanism.

-- Tighten the connector strip -1- bolts to specification.

-- Install engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING .
