Right Exhaust Manifold, Removing And Installing, With Automatic Transmission 0B6: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals and self-locking nuts.

-- Position the exhaust manifold with the catalytic converter seal and tighten the nuts Figure.

-- Install the right engine mount, refer to RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air filter housing, refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the right catalytic converter, refer to RIGHT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 0B6 .

-- Install the Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39-, refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FRONT OF BANK 1 RIGHT CATALYTIC CONVERTER .

-- Install the plenum chamber bulkhead, refer to OVERVIEW - BULKHEAD .

-- Install the noise insulations, refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .
