-- Remove the left catalytic converter:

• Vehicles with DSG transmission 0B5, refer to LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, DSG TRANSMISSION 0B5 .
• Vehicles with automatic transmission 0B6 LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 0B6 .

-- Remove the Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 - G108- -item 1-, refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 -G108-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, IN FRONT OF BANK 2 LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER .

-- Remove the left engine mount, refer to LEFT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the left engine support.

-- Remove the bolts -1 through 4- and remove the heat shield.
