Left Exhaust Manifold, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seal and self-locking nuts.

-- Position the exhaust manifold with the catalytic converter seal and tighten the nuts Figure.

-- Install the engine supports with the left engine mount LEFT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 -G108-, refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 -G108-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, IN FRONT OF BANK 2 LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER .

-- Install the left catalytic converter:

Vehicles with DSG transmission 0B5, refer to LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, DSG TRANSMISSION 0B5 .
Vehicles with automatic transmission 0B6 LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 0B6 .
