Timing Chain Guard Upper Right Section, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Engine Code CGQB: Removing

-- Remove the tower brace, refer to TOWER BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the upper coolant pipe, refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the right cylinder head cover, refer to RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES ENGINE CODE CGQB .

-- Remove the bolts -1- and nuts -2-.

-- Move the coolant line -4- and the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51- to the side.

-- Remove bolt -1- in the intermediate pipe.

-- Loosen the clamp -3- and remove the air guide hose.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the right guide pipe from the bypass valve, at the same time remove the intermediate pipe -1- from the turbocharger.

-- Move the guide pipe to the side.

-- Loosen hose clamp -1-, remove bypass valve -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the bracket -1-.

-- Loosen the bolts in sequence -7 to 1-.

-- Carefully loosen the upper timing chain cover from the bond and remove.
