Right Upper Timing Chain Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead -5-, refer to Bulkhead .

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Press Coolant Recirculation Pump -V50- -1- to the side.

-- Remove the right cylinder head cover, refer to RIGHT CYLINDER HEAD COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-, refer to Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 4 -G648-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -2 and 3-.

-- Loosen the air guide pipe -1- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Press the air guide pipe downward.

-- Remove the upper coolant pipe, refer to UPPER COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the bracket -1-.

-- Loosen the bolts in sequence -7 to 1-.

-- Carefully loosen and remove the upper right cover for the timing chain from the bond.
