Drive Axle, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Drive Axle tightening specifications, refer to OVERVIEW - DRIVE AXLE WITH 89 MM OUTER CV JOINT AND 100 MM INNER CV JOINT .

Drive Axle tightening specifications, refer to OVERVIEW - DRIVE AXLE WITH 94 MM OUTER CV JOINT AND 107 MM INNER CV JOINT .

-- Install the rear final drive, refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the rear muffler, refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for CALB, MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING for CTUC and CTUD, EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS, SEPARATING for CPNB, or EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS, SEPARATING for CHJA, CAEB, CPMB, CPMA.

-- Install the coil spring, refer to COIL SPRING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the rear wheel speed sensor, refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - ABS/ESP , see -item 1- and -item 2- .

-- Tighten the wheel, wheel bolt tightening specification: 140 Nm. Refer to AUDI SQ5 TYPE 8R, MY 2012 - 2015 .

-- Tighten the drive axle to wheel hub threaded connection, refer to THREADED CONNECTION BETWEEN DRIVE AXLE AND WHEEL HUB, LOOSENING AND TIGHTENING .
