Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLE WITH ENGINE CODE CGQB: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - EXHAUST TEMPERATURE REGULATION, VEHICLES WITH ENGINE CODE CGQB .

NOTE:

Protect the exhaust gas temperature sensor against knocks and impacts. A dropped exhaust gas temperature sensor may not be used again.

Coat the thread with hot bolt paste .

-- Pay attention to the installed position.

Distance -a- to clamp = minimum 5mm

-- Install the catalytic converter, refer to CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
