Tightening Specifications

Refer to OVERVIEW - ELECTRIC COOLANT PUMP .

NOTE:

Replace the seals and self-locking nuts.

-- Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts, refer to Figure.

-- Install the air guide pipe, refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM .

-- Install the air guide hoses and screw-type clamps, refer to Figure.

-- Install the front noise insulation, refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Install the air filter housing, refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the particulate filter, refer to PARTICULATE FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
