- Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- For checking the resistance values, refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing, refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fuel Line
- To the engine
- Do not kink
- Press the release button to remove from the sealing flange
- Clipped to the fuel tank
- Connector
- For Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
- Connector
- For Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Connector
- For the Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-
- Bolt
- 2.5 Nm
- Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-
- Removing and installing, refer to Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Locking Ring
- Tighten to 110 Nm
- Remove and install with the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit T10202
- Seal
- Replace
- Install dry
- Fuel Delivery Unit
- With the fuel filter in the sealing flange
- Fuel pump, electrical testing, refer to Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing, refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fuel filter, removing and installing, refer to FUEL FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
-- Route the Ground (GND) connection -1- as shown in the illustration.
-- Make sure the following connectors are secure:
- GND connection connector -arrows- on the fuel pressure regulator and sealing flange.
- Connector -2- for Fuel Level Sensor -G- on the sealing flange.
- Connector -3- for Transfer Fuel Pump -G6- on the sealing flange.
-- Pull on the connector to make sure it is locked secure.
