Connection Diagram - EVAP System, With Tank Leak Diagnosis System, Vehicles With 4-Cylinder Engine

  1. Breather Line
    • From Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister to EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80-
    • Clipped into brackets under the vehicle underbody
  2. EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80-
  3. Connection for the Breather Line on the Fuel Tank
  4. Breather Line
    • From the connection on the fuel tank to the EVAP canister
    • Clipped into brackets under the vehicle underbody
  5. Connecting Line
    • From the Leak Detection Pump -V144- to the air filter
    • Clipped to bracket in the wheel housing under the wheel housing liner
  6. Air Filter
  7. EVAP Canister
  8. Leak Detection Pump -V144-
    • Installed location: on the EVAP canister under the rear left floor panel
    • Checking: in "Guided Fault Finding" using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
    • Removing and installing, refer to LEAK DETECTION PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Replaced by Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor -G400- from MY 2013
  9. Vacuum Line
    • From the engine to the Leak Detection Pump -V144-.
    • Clipped into brackets under the vehicle underbody
  10. To Brake Booster
