Fuel pressure sensor tightening specifications - refer to Figure
Fuel rail bolt - 22
Fuel return hose banjo bolt - 25
Fuel temperature sensor - 2

High pressure line from high pressure pump to fuel rail 2 - 25
High pressure line to high pressure pump - 25

  • 2 Coat the thread on the union nut with clean engine oil.
  • 3 Coat new oxygen sensors with an assembly paste
