-- Drain the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the left engine mount, refer to LEFT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the left engine support.

Check Valve Version 1:

-- Remove the bolt -arrow-.

-- Remove the check valve -1-.

Check Valve Version 2:

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Remove the check valve -1-.
