Overview - Drive Plate

NOTE:

For assembly work, secure the engine on the Engine And Transmission Holder VAS6095, refer to ENGINE, SECURING ON ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION HOLDER .

Bolt
- 60 Nm + 90° turn
- Replace
Drive Plate
- Check holes for cracks and signs of wear
- Removing and installing, refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Alignment Pin
Crankshaft
Shaft Seal
- For the crankshaft on the transmission side
- Replacing, refer to CRANKSHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
Sensor Wheel
- For Engine Speed Sensor -G28-
  CAUTION:
  There is a risk of destroying the sensor wheel by magnetic force.
  - Do not place the sensor wheel near magnets (for example inspection lamp base, or speakers).
  - If the drive plate/flywheel or the sensor wheel removes on its own or is replaced, before installing the sensor wheel function must be checked, refer to SENSOR WHEEL, CHECKING .
- Check sensor wheel, refer to SENSOR WHEEL, CHECKING .
