Front Radiator Charge Air Cooling Circuit, Removing: Removing

-- Remove the front bumper cover -1-, refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the air guide -1- and intermediate flange -2- from the air filter housing.

-- Open the retainers in direction of -arrows A- and move air guide -1- to the right to toward the center of the vehicle in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Place the Shop Crane - Drip Tray VAS6208 under the front charge air cooling circuit radiator.

-- Clamp off and remove the coolant hose using the Hose Clamps - Up To 25 mm 3094 by loosening the hose clamp -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Press the catch downward -arrow A- and move the charge air cooling circuit radiator in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Remove the charge air cooling circuit cooler upward from the coolant cooler.
