Upper Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

NOTE:

Replace the O-rings.

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.

-- Install the high pressure line and the intake manifold lower section, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD LOWER SECTION WITH FUEL RAIL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING => .
