Central Valve, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - CENTRAL VALVE .

-- Install the central valve and bracket.

-- Install the bolts.

-- Install the Dynamic Ride Control (DRC) line connections for the appropriate lines on the central valve.

NOTE:

The new central valve is filled and the shut-off valves are closed.

Only when a new central valve is installed: open the shut-off valve on the new central valve and secure them with a locking nut. Refer to OVERVIEW - CENTRAL VALVE .

Fill the Dynamic Ride Control (DRC) system. Refer to DYNAMIC RIDE CONTROL (DRC), SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING .
