Center Differential Housing Overview: Notes

CAUTION:

- Do not start or tow the vehicle when the center differential is removed or when the gear oil has been drained.
- O-ring
- Replace
- Coat with transmission fluid
- Center Differential

- For the center differential

- Locking Ring
- For the flange shaft ball bearing
- Locking Ring
- For the flange shaft
- Ball Bearing
- For the rear flange shaft
- REAR FLANGE SHAFT BALL BEARING
- Drain Plug
- Replace
- 35 Nm
- For the oil filler hole in the center differential housing
- Center Differential Housing
- Seal for the Rear Flange Shaft

- Rear Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing, refer to REAR FLANGE SHAFT SEAL
- When replacing the rear flange shaft, also replace the seal
