Headrest Guide, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the headrests. Refer to HEADREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the cover with padding from the backrest shell:

BACKREST COVER AND PADDING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, DIVIDED REAR SEAT BACKREST WITH PASS-THROUGH .
COVER AND PADDING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, REAR SEAT BACKREST WITH REAR SEAT BACKREST FRAME OR STORAGE COMPARTMENT .
COVER AND PADDING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, FIXED REAR SEAT BACKREST .

-- Fold the cover with padding -1- up until the headrest tube -2- welded into the backrest shell -3- with the headrest guide -4- is visible.

-- Press the retaining tab -arrow A- down until the headrest guide is no longer locked.

NOTE:

Ignore -arrow B-.

-- Pull the head restraint guide upward and out of the head restraint tube.
