Securing On Engine And Transmission Holder

Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Engine Support Bridge - Additional Hooks (2 pc.) 10-222 A /2
- Engine And Transmission Holder VW6095
- Engine Support Bracket T10358
- Gearbox Support T40206 with T40206 /1
- M8 x 30 bolt, nut, two washers
Procedure
- Draining the ATF. Refer to ATF, DRAINING AND FILLING (As of 11.2014).
- Draining the gear oil. Refer to GEAR OIL, DRAINING AND FILLING .
-- Secure the Gearbox Support T40206 with Gearbox Support T40206/1 to the transmission as illustrated.
-- Attach the Engine Support Bracket T10358 with the M8 x 30 bolt -1-, the nut and the two washers to the lifting eye on the right side of the transmission.
-- Connect the Shop Crane VAS6100 and Engine Support Bracket T10358 with the Engine Support Bridge - Additional Hooks (2 pc.) 10-222 A /2.
-- Lift the transmission and place it into the Engine and Transmission Holder VAS6095.
