Coolant Pump Toothed Belt, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

NOTE:

Replace the drive gear bolt.

Replace the seals and the O-rings.

Note the toothed belt sprocket installation location. Refer to -item  16- (See Figure).

-- Install the small coolant pipe. Refer to SMALL COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

Do not reuse used coolant.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to Filling .
