- Fuel Level Sensor -G-
- Checking the resistance values. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor -G-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fuel Delivery Unit
- Fuel pump, electrical testing. Refer to Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-, CHECKING .
- Fuel pressure and residual pressure, checking. Refer to Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-, CHECKING .
- Fuel pump, checking fuel delivery quantity. Refer to Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
- Threaded Ring

- Install dry

- 120 Nm

- Use Fuel Tank Sender Unit Tool T40068A for loosening and tightening
- Fuel Line
- To the metering pump on vehicles with an auxiliary heater
- Do not kink
- To remove from the locking flange, press the release button. Refer to CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, SEPARATING .
- Clipped to the fuel tank

- Use Fuel Tank Sender Unit Tool T40068A for loosening and tightening

- Checking the resistance values. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, A5 FROM MY 2012, A4 FROM MY 2013, VEHICLES WITH FWD AND AWD .
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing
-- Route the ground connection -4- as illustrated.
-- Make sure the following connectors are secure:
- Ground (GND) connection connector -arrows- on the fuel pressure regulator and sealing flange.
- Connector -1- for Transfer Fuel Pump -G6- on the sealing flange.
- Connector -2- for Fuel Level Sensor -G- on the sealing flange.
- Connector -3- for Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169- on the locking flange.
-- Pull on the connector to make sure it is locked secure.
