Transmission Fluid Level, Checking

Procedure

NOTE:

The vehicle must be level when checking the transmission fluid level.

-- If equipped remove the rear noise insulation -2-. Refer to NOISE INSULATION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the transmission fluid filler plug -arrow- to check transmission oil.

Specified value: The level is correct when the transmission fluid comes up to the bottom edge of oil filler hole.

-- Add transmission fluid, if necessary. Specification. Refer to TECHNICAL DATA .

-- Install the transmission fluid filler plug.
