Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Hook and Support Tool 3311 with Bolt 3311/1
- Shop Crane VAS 6100
Procedure
- Transmission removed.
CAUTION:
Transmission components could be damaged if they are not set down correctly.
- Do not set the transmission on the ATF pan.
WARNING:
An accident could result if the transmission is not secured correctly.
- Exchange the bolt on the 3311 for a new, longer 3311/1.
- Only this way can the transmission be secured.
-- Secure transmission on 3311 (use new, longer 3311/1).
-- The transmission can be lifted and transported using a VAS 6100.
