Selector Lever Handle: Removing

-- Press the button to the parking brake to lock the electro-mechanical brake.

-- Move the selector lever into N.

NOTE:

Both the selector lever handle and the selector lever boot are removed.

-- Pry out the selector lever boot using the 3409 or a small screwdriver -arrows- and then fold it upward.

-- Secure the locking button in its extended position with a cable tie -arrow- as illustrated.

-- Fold the selector lever boot -A- upward and over the selector lever handle -C-.

-- Open the clamp -A- and remove the selector lever handle with the selector lever boot without touching the locking button.
