Headlamp Housing Mount Bracket, Removing And Installing: Installing

Tightening specification. 8 Nm

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Insert the headlamp housing mount and tighten the bolts -arrows- by hand.

-- Insert the bracket on the fender and on the lock carrier and tighten the bolts -arrows- by hand.

-- Install the headlamp washer system spray nozzle. Refer to HEADLAMP WASHER SYSTEM .

-- Install the bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Align the bumper cover gap dimensions with the contours of the body.

Gap dimension = even gap

-- Tighten the bolts.

-- Check the gap dimensions again and adjust again, if necessary.

-- Install the headlamp housing. Refer to OVERVIEW - HEADLAMP HOUSING MOUNT (VEHICLES THROUGH MY 2012) .

-- Adjust the headlamp. Refer to HEADLAMP, ADJUSTING .
