Clutch Release Mechanism, Servicing: Installing

-- Clean the guide sleeve -6- and install together with the locking plate -5-.
-- Clean the screw threads -4- with a wire brush. Insert the bolts with Locking FluidAMV 185 101 A1 and tighten. Tightening specification 8 Nm.
CAUTION:
>>Rattling noises<< when using the clutch.
- Apply Grease G 000 150 to the clutch release lever bearing areas -item 5-.
-- Engage the release bearing -2- and the spring -3- into the clutch release lever -1- and install them both.
