-- Raise the vehicle.

-- Remove the wheels.

-- Remove the front brake rotor. Refer to BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 1LA, 1LB, 1LJ AND 1LD 1ZT + S4 /S5 .

-- Remove the bolts on the brake shield.

-- Remove the brake shield.
