Brake Rotor, Replacing, Ceramic Brakes 1LW: Removing

-- Lift vehicle
-- Remove the wheels.
CAUTION:
If brake pads are ceramics, the wheel must not fall on brake rotor, otherwise it will be irreparably damaged. To install/remove wheel, install two assembly pins from vehicle tool kit in mounts on wheel bolts. The long assembly pin is in the upper position.
-- Remove the brake pads.
-- Remove the brake caliper.
Do not let the brake caliper hang from the brake hose. Secure it to the body with suitable cable ties or wire. Do not support the weight with the brake hose.
-- Remove the bolt -6- from the brake rotor while holding the brake rotor firmly.
-- Remove the brake rotor from the wheel hub.
NOTE:
When removing the brake rotor from the wheel hub, do not tilt the brake rotor.
