Left/Right Front Turn Signal Bulb -M5- / -M7-, Removing And Installing, Hid Headlamps (From My 2013): Removing

WARNING:

Danger to life due to high voltage.

For work on the yellow high voltage symbol marked areas HID headlamp must be de-energized.
Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.
Do not press the flasher.

-- On the right: remove the air filter housing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

-- Audi RS 4: remove the headlamp housing. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, HID HEADLAMPS FROM MY 2013 .

-- Remove the housing cover -1- from the headlamp housing -arrow-.

-- Release the bulb socket -1- : on the left side, turn it clockwise; on the right side, turn it counterclockwise -arrow-.

-- Pull the bulb socket out of the housing.

-- Remove the bulb -2- from the bulb socket -3-.
