Removing

-- Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1 to 3-.

-- Release the retaining spring on the bumper cover locking mechanism -arrow- and remove the bumper cover side mount -4- downward.

Installing

Tightening specification. Refer to Figure.

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the rear bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
