Sun Shade, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- If removed, install the rear of the rear shelf -2- on the sun shade -1- -arrows-, aligning both parts to each other.

-- Install the rear shelf and rear sun shade into the rear window frame and tighten.

-- Install the sun shade and rear shelf into the body.

• The pins on the rear shelf -1- must fit into the mounts -arrows- under the rear window.

2 - Rear shelf trim

-- Tighten the sun shade bolts -arrows-.

-- Carefully install the guide strip -1- into the sun shade connector -arrow-.

• The sun shade guide channel must run into the guide strip without the connecting piece being offset.

-- Clip the guide strip -3- at both retaining hooks -2- and -4- on the front and rear with the connecting piece -1-.

-- To ensure the retaining hooks -1- are seated securely, pull them forward until they engage completely using an offset screwdriver -arrow-.

-- Vehicles equipped with an additional rear shelf mount: install the spacer. Refer to Fig 7.
