Set hour

Press "MODE" button; hour display blinks.
Press "+" button to advance hour display.
Press "-" button to reverse hour display.

Set minute

Press "MODE" button until minute display blinks.
Press "+" button to advance minute display.
Press "-" button to reverse minute display.

Set date

Press "MODE" button until date display blinks.
Press "+" or "-" button to set day.
Press "MODE" button again, month display blinks.
Press "+" or "-" button to set month.

Press "MODE" button again, year display blinks.
Press "+" or "-" button to set year.
