- Connect VAS 5051 → DTC memory: Retrieving with VAS 5051/ 5052
- Select "Guided Fault Finding"
Enter vehicle information; all control modules are interrogated.
- Press the following selections in the order shown:

- Airbag 8.4E functions
- Airbag control module output diagnostic test
- Follow guided program.
