Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna R52 , sedan, removing and installing

The antenna wires are placed on the left and right D-pillars.
- Turn off all electrical components.
- Remove ignition key.
Removing
- Remove roof end trim → - 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
- Remove left and right D-pillar trim → - 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
- Remove Rear Courtesy Light W43 → - 96 LIGHTS, SWITCHES - INTERIOR, ANTI-THEFT .
- Lower the rear molded headliner → - 70 - INTERIOR TRIM .
- Disconnect antenna wiring connection - arrow - at right of D-pillar.
- Disconnect antenna wiring connection - arrow - at left of D-pillar.
- Loosen antenna wires up to Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna R52.
- Remove nut - arrow - (6 Nm).
- Remove Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna R52 upward from roof.
Installing
- Install in reverse order.
The washer under the Radio, Telephone, Navigation System Antenna R52 nut has a cut-out through which the antenna wires must be guided.
