BOSE system with "AudiPilot"

On vehicles with BOSE sound from MY04, an additional microphone, the Inside Microphone R74 is installed in the Front Interior Light W1. The Inside Microphone R74 is switched directly with the Amplifier R12 (BOSE).
The Amplifier R12 (BOSE) is then in a position to the adapt the sound characteristics of the BOSE system to the changing interior noise. For example, if the interior noise becomes louder, the volume is then automatically increased according to prescribed sound curves.
The interior noise is less dominant, the sound experience improves.
