Evaporator housing drain, removing and installing: Installing

In area of hole - E - check gap between noise insulation mat and floor panel (noise insulation mat must not make contact with installed evaporator valve - C -).
Check evaporator valve - C - ; it must not be gummed up with wax or underseal.
Check for contamination of evaporator hose - B - and clean hose before installing.

Fully insert evaporator valve - C - as shown (use soap solution as lubricant if applicable).
Check evaporator hose - B -. It must not be twisted or crushed and must be positioned in recess provided in floor covering.
Fasten clip - A -.
Reinstall all components in reverse order.
