Refrigerant lines on evaporator flange, removing and installing: Disconnecting

Remove plenum chamber cover.
Discharge refrigerant circuit → Discharge refrigerant circuit .

Remove nut - A - (tightening torque 25 Nm).
Remove refrigerant lines from evaporator and seal open connections.

NOTE:

Closing cap of replacement evaporator is a suitable means of sealing open connections at evaporator - D - and lines (to prevent dirt and moisture).
