Torque converter oil seal, replacing

Procedure

Remove transmission: → Transmission, removing (vehicles with 2.0 ltr. TFSI engine) , → Transmission, removing (vehicles with 3.2 ltr. FSI engine) , → Transmission, removing (vehicles with 4.2 ltr. MPI engine) .
Mount transmission on assembly stand → Transmission, securing to assembly stand .
Carefully pull out torque converter.

Remove oil seal for torque converter using oil seal extractor VW 681.
Lightly lubricate outer circumference and sealing lips of oil seal with ATF.

Installation position: open side of oil seal points toward transmission
