Sealing ring for right drive flange, replacing: Removing

Loosen bolt drive axle/wheel hub while the vehicle is still standing on its wheels. → 40 - FRONT SUSPENSION
Remove wheel.

Remove heat shield for right drive axle (arrows).

Third bolt is not visible in the illustration.

Unbolt right drive axle - 1 - from transmission flange and remove. → 40 - FRONT SUSPENSION

Remove bolt for flange shaft (arrow) while securing against turning using a drift.
Place drip tray VAG1306 underneath.
Remove right drive flange.

Pull out drive flange seal.
