Selector mechanism, removing and installing: Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
NOTE:
- Always replace seals, gaskets and self-locking nuts.
- Bolt drive shaft onto transmission → 39 FINAL DRIVE, DIFFERENTIAL .
- Install exhaust system free of stress → 26 - EXHAUST SYSTEM, EMISSION CONTROLS for appropriate engine code.
- Install tunnel cross member → 40 - FRONT SUSPENSION .
- Adjust selector mechanism → Selector mechanism, adjusting .
- Install air conditioning operating unit → 87 AIR CONDITIONING .
