Engine Oil Cooler: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications, refer to OIL PAN UPPER AND LOWER SECTIONS, OIL PUMP AND OIL COOLER OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace the gasket.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the lock carrier brace. Refer to LOCK CARRIER BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install after-run coolant pump. Refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51- .

-- Check the oil level. Refer to the ENGINE OIL, FILLING AND CHECKING LEVEL .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to FILLING .
